Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: All products in our store are made-to-order and custom printed through Printify. Because of this production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong size, or change of mind.

How to Start a Return

Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags

  • In original packaging

  • Must include proof of purchase

Case-by-Case Review

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis, especially for:

  • Defective or flawed printing

  • Items damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect items received

If your return is approved, we will send:

  • A prepaid return shipping label

  • Instructions for sending your item back

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because products are custom printed, we do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We also do not accept returns for perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or personal care items.

Exchanges

Because items are made-to-order, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, you may place a new order once a return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason. Items must be returned unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If so, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for banks and credit card companies to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, contact us at:
